Happy 2nd Birthday Marissa Michelle!

Happy 2nd Birthday to our sweet baby girl Marissa Michelle!!





Our day started off with a little singing (see video below), then she helped me make breakfast, apple cinnamon rolls...yummy! We enjoyed our morning together then headed to the store and to get lunch. I was planning on taking her to McDonald's for lunch but they have torn down our local Mickey D's for remodeling so we went to Burger King...bad move. It was GROSS! That place looked like it needed to be torn down! A lady overheard me talking to Marissa about her birthday and came to our table with a Cherry Icee just for the birthday girl. Wasn't that so nice of her. So needless to say Marissa didn't eat her kids meal she was all about her ICEE! After her late nap, due to an ICEE, Emma and Kinsey came over for dinner and dessert! We had Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole, Squash, and Green Beans. Then for dessert for the birthday girl we had brownies with chocolate frosting and M&Ms (her favorite). She was so excited to have us sing the birthday song for the 30th time!! She loves being the center of attention! :) Thanks Emma and Kinsey for joining us on Marissa's special day! Oh, and Daddy called today to wish the big girl a happy 2nd birthday! She kept asking him if he was still on the plane ;)

Thanks Kinsey for my New Microphone. Now I can sing it up. Marissa loves to sing along in the car. Her two favorite country songs are Lover, Lover Jerrod Niemann and I Need You Now by Lady Antebellullm...trying to get this on video :)

Thank you God for this active 2 year old. I wouldn't trade it for anything!
