After our trip to Hilton Head, my brother invited us out on his company's boat in Charleston. So me, Eric, Ryan, and Chris went out for some fishing and relaxing. Unfortuantely not much of either of those happened. We spent the morning trying to get fishing liscenses, catching bait, and a little fishing. Then we decided to go for a ride out to the Morris Island Lighthouse. Chris thought he remembered the way through the river, but we made a wrong turn and ended up on an oyster bead. Ryan got out and pushed us off and cut his hand doing it! We got going again and once again were up on an oyster bed! Needless to say we did this about 5 times. By the time we got to the lighthouse it was almost time to head back because the tide was changing!! The boys fished about 30 minutes and then we headed back. Ryan thought we should go back the ocean side, but the waters were ROUGH!!! It was a wild ride, but a fun one. Thank goodness we didn't bring Marissa along!!
